Money back within 7 days

Within 7 days of your order, open your order page and click Refund. You get the full price back, no questions asked.

• The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Depending on your bank, it shows up within 5 to 10 business days.
• Your files and the transcript are deleted right away, and the order page closes.
• We confirm the refund by email.

If an email address has been refunded before, a second refund request is checked by a person, who replies by email.

If we can't transcribe your file

You never pay for a transcript we couldn't make. If the file has no speech, can't be read, is longer than 3 hours, or our transcription service fails:

• Cards: the amount was only reserved at checkout. We release it, so you pay nothing.
• Alipay, WeChat Pay, iDEAL and other methods charged at once: we refund the full amount automatically.

Either way, you get an email.
